Store Purchase & Exchange Policy

Welcome to the digital platform of Ashiesh NX. Please review our purchase and exchange terms below, which apply to all retail clothing, footwear, and accessory transactions at our stores.

  1. 01Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. 02Exchange is allowed only with the original bill/invoice.
  3. 03Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  4. 04All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  5. 05Items showing wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
  6. 06Apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories are eligible for exchange.
  7. 07Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  8. 08Innerwear, socks, and personal-use items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  9. 09Exchange allowed only for another product of equal or higher value.
  10. 10If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
  11. 11No cash refund will be issued.
  12. 12Credit Notes & Gift Vouchers are to be Utilized within the Expiry date which is 3 Months from the date of issue of Credit Notes and as Written on Gift Vouchers.
  13. 13Exchange must be recorded in the system/POS with reference to the original bill number.
  14. 14Products will undergo quality inspection before approval for exchange.
  15. 15In case of manufacturing defect, exchange may be considered even after 30 days, subject to brand approval.
  16. 16Management reserves the right to refuse exchange if the product does not meet policy conditions.
